If you'd like our candles to be delivered to another country please contact me before ordering so I will check delivery cost for you. 

Important to know

Please note that the colours on the pictures might vary slightly from the real product as each candle is one-of-a-kind, featuring subtle shade differences. The candles are coloured with plant pigments that may undergo slight colour changes over time, showcasing their natural evolution.

 

You can also notice small handcraft traces in every candle. Please appreciate the imperfections of our handmade product. At Forma Esse, we celebrate individuality, and we hope our candles bring a heartfelt connection to the craftsmanship behind each one.

 

Return policy

You can return unused candles within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return:

1. Contact me at hello@formaesse.com with a return request.

2. Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition.

3. Return shipping costs are on customers.

 

Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days after I receive your return.
